Terry began his tattoo career in 2000 in Frostburg, Maryland after serving four years in the United States Marine Corps. After putting down strong roots in the craft and developing a deep respect for traditional tattooing, he left Western Maryland in 2002 to further pursue his trade.

Since 2003, Terry has proudly called Frederick, Maryland home, working in a variety of tattoo shops and continuing to grow as an artist. His drawing and painting reflect his love for the clean, classic look of American traditional tattoos, featuring bold lines, smooth shading, and rich color saturation. He also enjoys creating Japanese-inspired pieces, black and gray work, and dotwork.

Proficient in multiple tattoo styles, Terry is comfortable taking on both large-scale projects and smaller custom designs. Beyond tattooing, he has always been fascinated by the mechanical side of the craft. In 2013, he began building tattoo machines and now designs and sells custom, handmade machines built with precision and care.

Terry brings discipline, passion, and decades of experience to every tattoo he creates.

A life-long artist, Olivia discovered their passion for tattooing after studying the bright, bold, expressive, and impactful style of traditional designs. Since completing an apprenticeship in Montgomery County in 2021, they have tattooed at a few shops in the Maryland area before joining the Made True team in 2026.

Part of what draws Olivia to tattooing is the human element. They believe that tattooing sparks joy, creativity, stories, and connections so that each design should be authentic and personal to tell the client’s story. Olivia wants to ensure tattooing stays friendly and handmade to keep those traditional values alive while striving to remain open-minded and humble enough to learn and grow with their art.

Olivia specializes in American Traditional and Illustrative tattoos but is competent in a variety of styles. Always happy to take walk-ins and help clients bring their own ideas to life. Whether it’s a design off the wall, a selection from their painted flash, or a completely custom piece. Olivia believes there is a design out there for everyone and the best way to find it is to listen to every story and pay attention to the details.

I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember—occasionally earning myself detention for drawing on school desks—and I’ve been fascinated by tattoos since I was a kid. After initially attending beauty school, I eventually found my way into tattooing. I got my start in Orlando and worked my way through tattooing in Daytona Beach before eventually making the move to Maryland.

My work is rooted in American Traditional and Neo-Traditional tattooing, with a strong emphasis on bold, vibrant color. I love creating pieces with rich color palettes, strong linework, and imagery that really stands out on the skin. I also have a huge love for fantasy, mythology, and darker imagery, and I’m especially excited to take on more fantasy-inspired color projects—creatures, monsters, dragons, characters, and anything a little weird or otherworldly.

I’m always looking for ways to put my own spin on an idea and create something unique to the person wearing it.
